Bstation
com.bstar.intlBlue icon, over 100 million installs, which is exactly why it fills almost every Bilibili APK search result. Outside Southeast Asia it gives you voice chat and community posts, not the anime library.
Three different Android apps carry the Bilibili name. Their icons are nearly identical and what sits behind them is not. Two of the three will leave you with an empty app if you are in Pakistan.
Opens Bilibili's own Play Store listing. No installer files are hosted on this site.
This single detail is why most people give up on Bilibili within ten minutes of installing it.
Blue icon, over 100 million installs, which is exactly why it fills almost every Bilibili APK search result. Outside Southeast Asia it gives you voice chat and community posts, not the anime library.
Pink icon with a small globe in the top left corner, published by BILIBILI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Relaunched globally on 19 August 2026. Sign up needs a phone number and nothing else.
Get it on Google PlayPlain pink icon with no globe. Chinese interface throughout. Same video library as the international app, but you will not get past the first screen without reading Chinese.
Installed a Bilibili app and found no anime in it? You have the blue one. Its own store listing states it does not offer anime or user video viewing outside Southeast Asia, and Pakistan is not in that region. Uninstall it and get the pink icon with the globe.
A walkthrough of the interface, the sign up screen and the danmaku comments in motion. Worth two minutes before you install anything.
The video loads only when you press play, so it does not slow the page down for everyone else.
Comments do not sit in a list underneath the video. They scroll across the video itself, timed to the exact second somebody posted them. During a popular episode the screen genuinely fills up.
Some people love it instantly and some want it gone within thirty seconds. Both reactions are fair. It switches off in the player settings, and you can lower the density instead of killing it entirely.
The reason this platform stayed shut to outsiders for so long was language, not access. The international app builds translation and dubbing in, so a Chinese video becomes watchable without knowing a word of Chinese.
Coverage is uneven and worth saying plainly. Newer and more popular uploads are handled well. Older material in the back catalogue is patchy, and Bilibili has said it is still working through it.
Until this relaunch, registering from outside China meant uploading a passport or a national ID. That requirement is gone. Pick +92 from the country list, enter your number, wait for the six digit code.
If the code never arrives, that is your carrier filtering international SMS rather than anything wrong with the app. The fix is further down this page and it works more often than not.
Save videos to the device and watch them later without touching data. If your evening connection slows to a crawl, queue a few episodes in the afternoon and the problem disappears.
This is included rather than locked behind a subscription, which is not true of every platform competing for the same viewers.
Some of the guides you will find online are answering questions nobody asked. Here is the real picture.
The international app is live. This is the only platform fully working right now.
Available nowNo official installer exists and none is needed. The website runs in any browser. Skip the emulator guides.
Browser onlyNot released. Bilibili said soon in August 2026 and has given no date. APK files do not work on iPhones at all.
Not yetA separate build exists under com.bstar.intl.tv, but it draws from the Bstation library so the same regional limits apply.
Region dependentThe Play Store route is the only one worth recommending, and it is also the shortest.
Do this on the phone you actually want the app on, not on a desktop browser.
Pink with a small globe in the top left is the international app. Blue is Bstation. Plain pink with no globe is the Chinese version.
It should read BILIBILI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. If it reads anything else, you are on the wrong listing.
On a typical 4G connection in Pakistan this takes a couple of minutes.
You can browse a little before creating an account.
About APKPure, Uptodown and other mirrors. Those files are re-signed before distribution, so the signature no longer matches what Bilibili published and you cannot verify what changed inside. For a free app with an active official rollout, that risk buys you nothing. If you install one anyway, check the package name reads exactly com.bilibili.app.in in your phone settings.
Choose sign up rather than log in.
The list is sorted by country name, not by dialling code.
Leave the app open while you wait.
Between 6 and 20 characters.
The default feed leans heavily Chinese and this changes it immediately.
This is the most common failure point for Pakistani numbers, and it has nothing to do with Bilibili. Local carriers filter a share of international verification messages before they reach the handset.

Urdu is not on that list, so the app runs in English for Pakistani users. We deliberately do not print a version number or file size here. Both change every few weeks, and a stale number on a download page is worse than no number at all.
The international one. Pink icon with a small globe in the top left corner, package com.bilibili.app.in, published by BILIBILI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Not the blue Bstation app.
Yes. Watching costs nothing and there is no subscription. The app offers in-app purchases for gifts and premium extras, but you can ignore all of it.
No. That applied to the old overseas registration flow and was removed with the August 2026 relaunch. A phone number or email address is enough.
You almost certainly installed the blue Bstation app. Outside Southeast Asia it only provides voice chat and community posts. Uninstall it and get the pink one with the globe.
Yes. Both versions draw from the same library. The difference is the interface language and the sign up process, not the content itself.
No official one, and you do not need it. Open the website in any browser and everything works.
If the app is available in your Play Store, yes. The platform is not blocked in Pakistan. Regional messages relate to Play Store distribution settings and content licensing.
Viewer comments that scroll across the video in real time, synced to the moment they were posted. It is Bilibili's signature feature and it can be turned off in the player settings.
Those files are re-signed, so you cannot confirm they match what Bilibili published. With an active official rollout there is no good reason to take that risk.
Bilibili said soon when the Android version launched in August 2026 and has not given a date since. Nothing has been confirmed.
Skip the blue app, skip the mirror sites, skip the emulator guides. If the code does not arrive, switch between data and Wi Fi and try again.
